EU Crypto-Assets Market: Updated Q&As under MiCA published by ESMA

On 2 February 2024, ESMA, the EU's securities markets regulator, released its latest batch of updated Q&As pertaining to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA). These insightful Q&A’s have been made public with the objective of offering guidance on the interpretation and application of specific rules outlined in MiCA.
